There is low students-to-teachers ratio and highly personalized teaching instruction to ensure that students learn the critical foundation in math, science and English. There are lots of games and outdoor recreation to further aid in the development, there will be outdoor challenges and activities designed to teach the youth critical skills in leadership, decision-making and teamwork.

Healing in Turning Winds relies on the time-tested program that utilizes various humanistic and eclectic approaches in cognitive behavioral therapy in junction with common clinical treatment methods, a method that has showed consistent success in turning the lives of teenagers who participated in Turning Winds program.
